Time-lapse video of Hurricane Igor as it went through St. John's, Newfoundland Labrador. It was recorded from 8:30 am until 6:00 pm, Sept. 22, 2010. Notice that about 1 minute into the video it gets very calm, and then all **** breaks loose again.(less)
