Ophelia was dead for about a day before making a triumphant return, even exceeding its own strength to become this Atlantic's 4th hurricane. No doubt about it, more strengthening will occur. Will Ophelia become the next major hurricane and will it be the next biggest threat to places in southeastern Newfoundland? Meanwhile, Philippe is heading towards the west-northwest. A recurvature to the north and east was possible a few days ago, now seems like Philippe will move in the general direction to the East Coast of the U.S. Once a chance for not land interaction now becomes a slight chance. Where will Philippe go? Will it recurve eventually?(less)
