This video is a series of clips taken during the height of hurricane Igor in St. John's, NL, on September 21, 2010. The video clips were recorded between 2pm and 5pm Newfoundland Daylight Saving Time. Hurricane Igor brought over 120mm of rain and winds of up to 137 km/h to the capital city.
