This "Unidentified Floating Object" was recovered off the ocean bottom 200 miles east of Newfoundland. It was a 55ft catamaran that departed from Quebec on route to France when it collided with the stern of a Nfld fishing vessel. 8 crew abandoned ship and were rescued by the same vessel they had struck... this was a salvage attempt by my husband and crew...(less)
