Three year-old Carter was the recipient of the Short Circuit Dream Fund's first dream. He was diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoma Leukemia) at the age of two and will undergo more than three years of chemo-therapy. This is a video created as a promotion for TeamDream, an initiative of the Short Circuit Dream Fund that will spread the registered Canadian charity throughout the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
