Yet another opus that ran on NTV, this one's about the amateur astronomers of the St. John's, Newfoundland chapter of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada.
Every August they hold their major star party at Butter Pot Provincial Park on the Avalon Peninsula. I always had a yen to do a video piece about a star party, as I've been an amateur starfreak for 20-odd years myself.
Chris Stevenson is the president of the chapter, he's the fellow with the big Dobsonian telescope.
